But now we’re expanding our expertise: we’re pleased to introduce the technology and expertise from our Naturals bakeware into cookware!

Nordic ware has been producing stovetop cookware for over six decades, with a focus on performance and durability. We wanted to add a new category to our cookware range that is devoid of coatings, dangerous chemicals, and includes no PFOA/PTFE/PFAS.

Healthy eating habits begin with healthy food preparation, and our new collection is great for all of your kitchen meal planning needs. We started with three pans in this collection, with possibly more to follow, including a 12-inch sauté pan, a wok, and a 3-quart saucepan. When utilizing this collection, read through the critical features, usage and maintenance, and recommendations below.

Important Collection Characteristics:

  • Uncoated aluminum is used. Aluminum is an excellent heat conductor, ensuring equal heating and browning every time you cook.
  • Genuine beechwood handles that stay cool to the touch
  • When they approach the end of their useful life, they can be recycled.
  • It is suitable for use on electric, gas, and ceramic stovetops.

Naturals Aluminum Cookware, Use and Care for Optimal Performance

Although uncoated aluminum pans have some natural release characteristics, we recommend using some cooking oil when cooking, just as you would with stainless steel or cast iron pans.

Choose an oil with cooking qualities that correspond to the meal you’re cooking.

High-temperature searing of meat and fish works best with heat-resistant oils like avocado oil, grapeseed oil, vegetable oil blends, and peanut oil.

Cooking meals at a lower temperature, such as eggs or pancakes, pairs nicely with fats like butter, coconut oil, or mild olive oil. 카지노사이트

Adding 1-2 teaspoons of water or another liquid, such as broth or wine, gives extra releasing properties with many foods.

For pasta, rice, or grains, add a small amount of oil during cooking for easy release when done.

With an aluminum pan, preheating is quick and consistent; we recommend no more than 90 seconds of preheat time over medium heat before adding food.

When using a smaller diameter pan on a large, high-powered burner, take care to keep the wooden handle away from direct heat or flame.

Seasoning Aluminum Cookware (Optional)

Although it is not necessary, you can season aluminum cookware before using it, just as you would cast iron. Follow these steps:

Wash new aluminum cookware using warm water, a gentle scrubber, and light soap before using it for the first time.

This procedure eliminates any polish or debris that may have accumulated during storage and transportation.

Cookware should be washed and dried.

Apply a small amount of oil to the inside of the pot or pan and heat the oil as hot as possible before it begins to smoke.

Naturals Aluminum Cookware, Allow the pan to cool completely.

  • Heat and apply extra oil.
  • Allow to cool completely.
  • After the third and final application of oil, heat the pan.
  • Allow to cool before washing with cool water. Following these methods, your cookware will be thoroughly seasoned and ready to use!

Cleaning Maintenance

Naturals cookware should always be hand-washed in warm soapy water.

Use mild dish soap sparingly, as well as common baking components like baking soda.

Fill the pan with warm water and dish soap and soak for up to 30 minutes, taking care not to submerge the handle in the sink water.

Nylon and mesh scouring pads are also useful for cleaning.

Bar Keepers Friend is an efficient abrasive cleaning product for stubborn stains and will remove discolouration.

Scrub in a whirling motion. To remove tough stains, use steel wool pads. To avoid water stains, dry cookware with a towel after washing.

Foods containing tomato sauce, vinegar, or citrus juice may discolor the pan and should be avoided unless a sufficient amount of cooking oil is used.

If your pan becomes soiled, simply follow the cleaning methods listed above.
